What Is a Seafarers Flag Endorsement?
A Seafarers Flag Endorsement is an official document issued by a vessel’s Flag State that recognizes and validates a seafarer’s Certificate of Competency (CoC) or Certificate of Proficiency (CoP) issued by another country.
This endorsement is mandatory for seafarers serving on foreign-flagged vessels and confirms compliance with STCW Convention requirements
Why Is a Flag Endorsement Required?
